Hire Controller – Drogheda

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and process hire orders efficiently.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate hire rates.
• Coordinate equipment availability, transport, and cross-hire requirements.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records using the hire management system.
• Support the trade counter and assist with general administrative duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a hire desk, plant hire, or construction supply environment.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of plant machinery, tools, or access equipment is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a busy team.
