Sales Director – UK

At Osborne, we’re growing and looking for an ambitious Sales Director to lead our UK sales strategy and drive continued growth across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial leader who thrives on winning new business, building high-value relationships and developing successful teams.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and deliver the UK sales and growth strategy.
  • Identify and secure new business and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and grow key client relationships and partnerships.
  • Drive revenue, performance, and commercial results.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver business plans.
  • Represent Osborne at a senior level with key clients and partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Director, Commercial Director or senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of delivering UK-wide revenue and business growth.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong network and proven ability to win and retain high-value clients.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people-development skills.
  • Highly commercial, strategic and results-driven.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
  • A confident, ambitious, and entrepreneurial approach.
