Sales and Customer Service Administrator
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Sandyford. This role would suit a results-oriented and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in sales and customer service.

- Handle and manage all inbound customer enquiries from both new and existing customers.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently.
- Work as part of the Sales and Customer Service team, following company best practices and procedures.
- Identify sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Work towards agreed sales and customer service targets and KPIs.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with agreed SLA requirements.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services and ensure the wider Customer Service team remains fully up to date.
- Issue and process invoices, credits and relevant reports accurately.
- Develop, implement and maintain effective processes across the Customer Service function.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Ensure customer and sales information is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Manage and maintain all relevant GDPR activities, ensuring customer information is handled in accordance with company policies and data protection requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customers receive a seamless and professional service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, contact centre or account management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
- Confident identifying sales and upselling opportunities.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT and systems skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
