Our client is an Irish technology company delivering bespoke software, SaaS platforms and AI-enabled solutions for growing businesses. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Operations & Business Support Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO, providing sales operations and business support.
- Prepare professional client presentations, proposals, quotations and sales documentation.
- Attend client meetings, take notes and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Manage CRM records, ensuring all client information and opportunities are accurate and up to date.
- Support sales pipeline management, track opportunities, manage reminders and proactively follow up to keep opportunities moving.
- Produce basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Research prospective clients and support business development initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to draft, summarise, research and improve internal workflows.
- Provide general sales administration and executive support as required.
About You
- You’ll be an organised, proactive and commercially aware professional who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Office Administration or a similar commercial support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence communicating professionally by phone and email.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confidence working independently, using initiative and managing multiple priorities.
- A customer-first mindset with strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- An interest in technology, software, SaaS or AI solutions; previous industry experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Travel
