Recruitment & Staff Support Manager

Location: Dublin 8

Salary: €50,000 per annum

Contract: Maternity Cover

Working Arrangement: 3 days on-site, 2 days hybrid

Organisation: Not-for-Profit

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment & Staff Support Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Dublin 8.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take responsibility for the organisation’s recruitment and staff support function while managing a small team. You will play a key role in ensuring the organisation attracts, recruits and supports high-quality employees while providing a high standard of HR service across the organisation.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day recruitment and staff support function, leading a small team and working closely with managers and employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting a small HR/recruitment team.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying staffing requirements through to onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Managing recruitment campaigns, advertising, candidate screening and interview processes.
  • Advising managers on recruitment and selection best practice.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and staff development.
  • Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Supporting employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring recruitment activity and providing reports to senior management.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting wider HR projects and organisational initiatives.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, ideally with strong recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment management or senior HR position.
  • Experience managing or supervising a small team.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A professional, approachable and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • The ability to build strong relationships across an organisation.
  • A genuine interest in working within the not-for-profit sector.
