• Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking and relaying accurate messages when required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and courier collections.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing helpful information about services.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised reception and office area.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist with appointments, meetings, and other duties as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer and company information professionally.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to support the smooth running of the office.
   

• Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
