Property Manager
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential apartment developments. You will work closely with OMC directors, homeowners, and residents to deliver excellent service and ensure each community runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential apartment developments.
- Build strong relationships with Owners’ Management Company (OMC) directors and residents.
- Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets and sinking funds.
- Organise contractors and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Work with our communications team to keep residents informed through updates and surveys.
- Prepare Directors’ Reports and complete day-to-day administration using Blockman (or similar software).
- Ensure your portfolio is well managed, compliant, and running smoothly
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience managing OMCs or residential apartment developments.
- PSRA Category D Licence or a relevant property qualification.
- Full driving licence and access to your own insured vehicle.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
Experience managing budgets and using property management software.
- A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: €50,000 – €65,000, depending on experience.
