Production Team Lead
Location: North Wexford

Osborne is currently recruiting a Production Team Lead for a well-established company based in Gorey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production experience who enjoys working as part of a team and is ready to take on more responsibility.

You don’t need to have held a formal supervisory title before. We’re interested in people who are reliable, organised, proactive and confident helping others to get the job done.

The Role

• Help coordinate daily production activities and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Support and guide team members throughout the working day.
• Monitor quality, output and production targets.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure procedures are followed.
• Help resolve day-to-day production issues and communicate priorities to the team.
• Work with management and colleagues to identify ways to improve processes.
• Take part in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or similar hands-on environment.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Someone who takes initiative, leads by example and is happy to take responsibility.
• An interest in developing leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience supporting or guiding colleagues would be an advantage.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.
