Production Operative

Job Purpose:

To support the efficient and safe production of food products, ensuring quality, hygiene and production targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Prepare, assemble and package food products.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Carry out quality checks and report any issues.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Follow health & safety and food safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Complete basic production records and documentation.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the production area.
• Follow company procedures and instructions at all times.
