Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operative to join their manufacturing team near Cork City.

The successful candidate will become part of a growing business that offers long-term career development and progression opportunities.

For you:

• €16 – €18 p/hr DOE
• Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery, including beam saws and edge banders.
• Manufacture products to quality and production standards.
• Read and follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Carry out routine quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
