Partner Engagement & Project Administrator

A superb not-for-profit organisation based in South-West Dublin is seeking a Partner Engagement & Project Administrator to join their talented team on an initial 3-month temporary basis.

In this role you will be working to support a fantastic cause by helping with preparations towards an important conference, and also the organisation’s keystone fundraising event.

Salary: €21/hr

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Mon to Fri – Hybrid)

Annual Leave: 23 days (pro-rata)

Location: South-West Dublin

Your Responsibilities In this role, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Implementation of new 5-year fundraising strategy
  • Partner development/outreach, relationship management
  • Working closely with Project Manager to plan major conference event
  • Preparatory work towards keystone fundraising event
  • Project planning, coordinating with speakers, building partner relationships
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Production of reports

Your Skillset & Experience

  • 2+ years demonstrable experience in event coordination, partnership management, fundraising campaigns or similar.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication abilities with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organisation
  • Well-developed organisational and administration skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, digital platforms, reporting tools and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in the charities / not-for-profit sector advantageous.
