Part-Time Receptionist / Customer Service – Temporary

Location: Cork City Centre

Osborne is currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Customer Service professional for a temporary assignment in Cork City Centre for approximately 4–5 weeks.

For You:

• €14.15 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 2pm–5pm (15 hours per week)
• Temporary assignment for 4–5 weeks
• Convenient Cork City Centre location
• Opportunity to join a busy, professional team

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
• Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries and take accurate messages.
• Respond to customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Keep the reception area tidy and organised.
• Assist with photocopying, filing and general administrative duties.
• Provide support to the wider team as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous reception, customer service or administration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A professional, approachable and helpful manner.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
