Orders Fulfilment & Planning Supervisor
Location: Co. Wicklow
Salary: €42,000–€46,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting an Orders Fulfilment & Planning Supervisor for a well-established business in Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in order management, logistics and team supervision who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on operational environment.
The successful candidate will oversee daily order fulfilment activities, coordinate stock and dispatch requirements, liaise with suppliers and sales teams, and ensure the smooth running of the order processing and picking functions.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full order fulfilment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Coordinate courier, freight and import arrangements to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries.

Support sales representatives with order, stock and dispatch queries, ensuring timely resolution.

Liaise with suppliers regarding purchase orders, new product lines, stock availability and seasonal requirements.

Coordinate new product launches, retail fixtures and point-of-sale materials.

Manage seasonal order processing and ensure products are available and correctly set up on relevant retail systems.

Supervise and coordinate a small team across order processing and warehouse picking activities.

Allocate daily workloads, monitor productivity and ensure dispatch deadlines and targets are achieved.

Support staff training, performance management and compliance with health and safety procedures.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and overall service levels.
Requirements

Previous experience in order fulfilment, order processing, warehouse operations, logistics or distribution.

Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team.

Strong understanding of stock control, dispatch procedures and order management.

Experience coordinating suppliers, purchase orders and delivery arrangements.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, practical approach with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.
Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG or a distribution environment would be an advantage. Knowledge of imports, freight coordination and retail product systems would also be beneficial.
This role would suit an organised and motivated individual who enjoys combining operational responsibilities with team leadership and wants to play a key role in the smooth running of a busy supply and fulfilment operation.
