Operations Coordinator
Location: Dublin
Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm (Flexible)
Hybrid: Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
In this role, you’ll support the smooth delivery of multiple data collection activities by coordinating schedules, managing information, communicating with field-based teams, and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with data, and building strong working relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule work for field-based teams across multiple assignments.
- Monitor progress and maintain regular communication with field operatives.
- Export, update, and manage data using Excel and internal systems.
- Review questionnaires and documentation for accuracy before distribution.
- Ensure all administrative records are maintained accurately.
- Prepare and process invoices for payroll.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure work is completed to agreed quality standards.
- Resolve day-to-day queries from field operatives and provide ongoing support.
- Keep project trackers and reports up to date.
- Assist with general operational and administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administration, operations support, scheduling, or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Experience updating, filtering, and maintaining information across different systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and administrative ability.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
