Office Administrator (Temporary – View to Permanent)

Osborne is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. This is a temporary position with a view to becoming permanent, offering an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to join a supportive team in a varied office-based role.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across a range of functions, including document management, accommodation bookings, compliance administration, and general office coordination. This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary
Employment Type: Temporary (View to Permanent)
Salary: €16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm
Working Arrangement: Fully On-Site

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider office and operations team.
  • Coordinate accommodation bookings and maintain accurate accommodation records.
  • Administer safety certification documentation and maintain compliance records.
  • Support international compliance and documentation processes.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and office documentation.
  • Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and general office coordination.
  • Support ad hoc administrative projects and duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience coordinating accommodation bookings is desirable.
  • Experience maintaining safety certification or compliance documentation is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of international compliance processes would be beneficial.
  • A foreign language, particularly Polish, would be an advantage but is not essential.
