The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a high-performing manufacturing operation in Co. Cork.

- Shift Pattern: 3 x 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights)

Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance and monitoring of machines.
- Maximisation of machine up time and utilisation.
- To become familiar with all aspects of new equipment / technology including production processes.
- To carry out changeover of machines in line with production schedules and new product builds.
- Review machines / area on an ongoing basis, with a view to possible improvements.
- Responsibility for environmental issues within your area.
Requirements:
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing.
- Cert/Diploma in Engineering (NFQ Level 6 or 7)
- Knowledge in Pneumatics, Electronics, Hydraulics, PLC’s, Servo Motor Drives, Vision and SCADA systems.
- Systematic approach to fault finding & process improvements.
- Process capability including 6 sigma approach & Measurement systems.
- Effective documentation & reporting skills.
