Learning Services Advisor

At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Client Services Advisors to join a professional training, learning and development organisation based in Drogheda. 

In this role you will be responsible for offering services and solutions to new and existing customers.  Providing information, answering queries, helpful advice and booking training is all part of the day the day in the role. 

You will build out strong relationships and support the growth of accounts by following through on new leads.

Duties:

• Answer calls and emails from new and existing clients
• Help clients choose the right training
• Send course information, prices, and booking details
• Keep track of bookings and update our system
• Follow up on quotes and check in with clients
• Build strong relationships and encourage repeat business
• Support clients before and after their training
• Work with the team to improve how we do things
• Help with client payments if needed

Skills:

• Client delivery experience
• Previous sales experience
• Ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and consultative sell
• Good phone and email skills — friendly, clear, and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stay organised and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good team player who can also work on your own
• Confident talking about prices and finding the right solution for clients
• Experience using booking or CRM systems is a bonus
• Previous work in sales, account support, or admin is helpful.
