Junior Field Sales Executive

Location: Wicklow
Salary: €35,000 + Company Car + Uncapped Commission (after 12 months)

Are you looking to kick-start your career in field sales? Do you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and working both in the office and out on the road? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that will provide full training and support to help you develop a successful career in sales.

This is a varied role where you’ll spend three days visiting customers and carrying out site surveys, with two days in the office preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. Best of all, you’ll be working with warm inbound leads, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service rather than cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warm inbound enquiries from residential and commercial customers.
• Meet customers on-site to discuss their requirements and carry out surveys.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships from enquiry through to completion.
• Keep customer records up to date using the CRM system.
• Work closely with the office and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services where appropriate.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

About You

• Previous experience in sales at least 2 years
• A genuine interest in developing a career in field sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Full, clean driving licence is essential
