Inventory Technician

Our client is seeking an experienced Inventory Technician to manage engineering spares, stock and procurement. You will work with Stores, Procurement and Maintenance teams to ensure materials are available when required and support continuous improvement.

What’s on Offer

Salary: €32,000-€35,000 DOE

Location: South Dublin, with parking

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Bonus: Performance and KPI-based

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and receipt incoming goods.
• Monitor stock levels and purchase orders to prevent shortages.
• Reserve and kit spares for planned maintenance.
• Maintain accurate SAP Material Master and procurement records.
• Complete cycle counts, stock analysis and inter-store transfers.
• Review supplier pricing and lead times.
• Support repair programmes and track performance KPIs.
• Maintain high safety, quality and 5S standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in stores, inventory, procurement or materials management.
• Experience managing supply issues and expediting materials.
• Knowledge of SAP, Maximo, Microsoft Office or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
