Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Dublin
Salary: €48,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised HR professional looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a fully on-site, permanent position where you’ll support the day-to-day HR function across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, payroll, employee relations and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation and onboarding packs.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support work permit applications and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including absence management, statutory leave and offboarding.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Produce HR reports and assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee wellbeing and engagement programmes.

About You

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or HR Administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and HR systems experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full driving licence and access to your own transport are essential, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
