HRBP – Citywest

€60,000–€65,000 | 4 days on-site | Growing MedTech Organisation 

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving problems and making a visible impact?

Osborne Recruitment is delighted to partner with a growing and highly innovative organisation in the life sciences and technology sector to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders, providing practical HR support while driving key people initiatives across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, collaborative and action-oriented, with the confidence to advise managers and the flexibility to get involved across all areas of operational HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and leadership teams across all operational HR matters
  • Provide practical, day-to-day HR advice and guidance
  • Lead and support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture
  • Support recruitment, selection and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment and learning and development
  • Support reward and recognition initiatives, including salary and market benchmarking
  • Manage payroll inputs, pension administration and wider HR administration
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the business
  • Maintain compliance with Irish employment legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate HR compliance reporting, audits and key deadlines
  • Support the delivery of learning and development programmes

About You

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
  • Experience supporting managers in a fast-paced, growing or scaling organisation
  • Strong operational HR experience and a hands-on working style
  • Excellent stakeholder management and employee relations skills
  • Sound knowledge of Irish employment law and HR compliance
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience using HR systems would be an advantage
