HR Business Partner

Location: Dublin 2 – Hybrid 
Salary: DOE
Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time

We are working with a purpose-driven non-profit organisation that is looking for an experienced and passionate HRBP to join its team. About the role
As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers across the organisation, providing trusted, pragmatic and commercially aware HR advice. You will act as a strategic HR partner while remaining hands-on, helping managers navigate the full employee lifecycle and ensuring that people practices reflect the organisation’s values, objectives and commitment to its employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver effective people strategies.
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, absence, organisational change and employment matters.
  • Supporting workforce planning, organisational development and talent management initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing managers to build their confidence and capability in people management.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and best practice.
  • Supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
  • Using HR data and insight to identify trends, inform decision-making and improve the employee experience.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across the organisation.
  • Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with relevant employment legislation and organisational policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience advising and coaching managers and senior stakeholders.
  • A confident and pragmatic approach to employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, purpose-driven environment.
  • A collaborative, approachable and solutions-focused style.
  • A genuine commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit sector.
