Learning & Development Specialist

Dublin 4 | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

Osborne Recruitment is partnering with a key client to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Specialist for an exciting six-month project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to play a key role in supporting the delivery of a significant People & Culture initiative. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the coordination of learning and development programmes, stakeholder engagement and wider organisational development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Learning & Development initiatives and programmes.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of learning resources, materials and programmes.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to support L&D planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor L&D projects, timelines, milestones and key deliverables.
  • Support the evaluation and reporting of learning initiatives and programmes.
  • Contribute to wider organisational development, employee development and change initiatives.
  • Provide general project and administrative support across the People & Culture function.

About You:

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Development or a similar discipline.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting learning, training or development programmes.
  • A Level 8 qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
