Job Description

HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function, shape organisational culture, and deliver a people strategy that supports business objectives and employee engagement. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee all aspects of HR while leading a small HR team and partnering with managers across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational development, champion best HR practice, and help build a high-performing, values-led workplace.

Salary: 60-70K DOE

Location: Dublin

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s People Strategy and HR workplan
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and change initiatives
  • Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee wellbeing
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, leadership development, and management capability
  • Manage and develop HR systems, reporting, and people metrics to support strategic decision-making
  • Promote a positive, inclusive culture through employee engagement, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives
  • Coach and support managers on people management, performance, and employee relations matters

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior HR Generalist or HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience leading organisational change, workforce planning, and culture development
  • Strong employee relations and performance management experience
  • Experience managing HR systems and using people data to support business decisions
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and developing people
