Job Title: National Account Manager

Here at Osborne we are currently looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our clients team and take responsibility for managing and growing key customer accounts within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key customer accounts and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of service.
• Prepare sales forecasts, quotations and regular customer reviews.
• Work closely with supply chain, finance, sales and product development teams.
• Manage customer projects, samples, stock and new product requirements.
• Monitor account performance, pricing, credit and outstanding payments.
• Keep customer and project information accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop existing accounts.

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in an Account Manager or similar role, ideally within FMCG.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Good commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Confident using Excel and working with figures.
• Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, positive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
