General Operative
We are currently recruiting for a number of General Operatives to join a busy warehouse environment based in Athboy, Meath.
For You:

- €14.15 per hour

- Temporary + Ongoing work
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily picking, packing and dispatch activities
- Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and help keep work on schedule
- Check outgoing orders for accuracy and quality
- Support goods-in, stock replenishment and stock movements
- Carry out stock checks and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure the warehouse remains safe, clean and organised
- Assist the team with any day-to-day operational issues
- Provide guidance and support to temporary and permanent warehouse staff
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Some experience leading, supervising or supporting a warehouse team
- Good knowledge of picking, packing, dispatch and stock control
- A practical understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using warehouse or stock management systems
- A hands-on, reliable and flexible approach
