General Operative

Location: Old Cratloe Road, Limerick
Pay Rate: DOE
Job Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP

Osborne are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a General Operative to join a busy construction project in Limerick. The successful candidate will support the site team across a range of general duties, with the majority of the work focused on groundworks and site preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with groundworks and general site preparation.
• Carry out general labouring duties as required.
• Move and organise materials, tools and equipment.
• Support tradespeople and other site personnel as required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures and instructions.
• Carry out other general site duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid Safe Pass Card – essential.
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate – essential.
• Previous construction or groundworks experience is preferred.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor construction environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good awareness of health and safety on site.
