Front-of-House Executive

Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €31k DOE with excellent benefits
Type: Full-time
Level: Entry Level

We are currently recruiting for a Front-of-House Executive to join a leading agency in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, professional and organised individual looking to develop their career within a busy and dynamic office environment.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house function while providing general administrative and operational support across the agency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients, visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing the switchboard and general email inbox, directing calls and enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, calendars and internal scheduling
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support, including printing, scanning and document management
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and correspondence
  • Maintaining the reception area to a high professional standard
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ad hoc operational tasks
  • Assisting with event preparation and coordination
  • Managing office supplies and general office administration
  • Supporting internal communications, notices and digital channels
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings and video calls, including room and technical setup

About You

We are looking for someone who is energetic, approachable and professional, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception or administrative role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • A discreet and professional approach when handling confidential information
  • A flexible, proactive and positive attitude
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy office environment
