Front of House Receptionist
Our client is a leading Facilities Management company providing exceptional workplace and building support services to a diverse portfolio of clients across Dublin. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious office location in Dublin 2.
The Role
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception services.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue access passes.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers.
- Provide administrative support to site management and office teams.
- Maintain reception and communal areas to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with building management, maintenance, and security teams as required.
- Support workplace events and employee engagement activities.
About You
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within a corporate office environment is desirable.
