Front of House Administrator (temporary)
We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Temp Front of House Administrator to join our clients busy and fast-paced team based in Dun Laoghaire. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, thrives in an organised environment, and can confidently manage a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Hourly rate: €16.80 – €17.30 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 40 hours per week

Location: Dun Laoghaire based

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience
- Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with clients and internal teams on a daily basis
- Support colleagues across a range of administrative and operational projects
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area
- Monitor visitor access and uphold office security procedures, including issuing visitor badges and maintaining logbooks
- Log and track incoming stock deliveries
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments through various courier providers
- Track shipments and communicate updates where required
- Resolve delivery or shipping issues promptly and efficiently
Key Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience in a busy distribution/logistic company, would be highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Previous experience in a busy office or customer-facing environment is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong and professional telephone manner
