Digital Marketing Specialist

At Osborne, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a professional training, learning and development organisation based in Drogheda.

Working closely with the senior team, they are seeking someone to join the team and create clear, effective marketing content across their website, email campaigns and digital channels.

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on writing. You’ll work closely with the directors to turn campaign briefs and ideas into finished content. Strategic direction will be provided, but you’ll be expected to shape the message and take work from brief to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Write and improve website pages, landing pages, course and programme content
• Develop campaign messages, headlines and calls to action
• Write marketing emails, email sequences and customer communications
• Create supporting content for LinkedIn and other social channels
• Adapt campaign messages for different audiences and channels
• Build and send campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing tools
• Apply SEO principles to website content
• Review campaign results and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

• Several years’ experience in digital marketing, content marketing, copywriting or a similar role
• Strong writing skills, with examples of work you have personally produced
• Experience writing landing pages, website copy and email campaigns
• The ability to turn a brief into a clear message and finished content
• An understanding of SEO, email marketing and basic digital marketing metrics
• Experience using a CMS and HubSpot or a similar marketing platform
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage work through to completion
• A willingness to take feedback and improve your work
