Customer Success Administrator

At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Administrator to join a leading and innovative organisation within the nutrition sector based in their Supply Chain Team.

As a Customer Success Administration within Supply Chain you will be joining a growing, agile, and entrepreneurial team focused on supporting both existing accounts and identifying and developing new business opportunities which will deliver profitable, sustainable growth in line with the business strategy.

  • Hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm, finish 5.00pm on Fridays

Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant

  • Manage existing accounts ensuring orders, samples, stock, and deliveries are being efficiently processed.
  • Ensure excellent customer relationships at all times, manage and/ or escalate issues immediately.
  • Identify and generate business opportunities, within the allocated customer base.
  • Capture competitor and market intelligence.
  • To stay update on market performance, insights, and trends.
  • Working closely with the Commercial, Imports and Warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers leveraging account relationships to ensure a superior customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. 

·         Communicating and coordinating with Logistic partners to improve sales delivery service

·         Communicating with Warehousing to ensure timely pick ups and despatch of orders and informing the same to the customers

·         Maintaining up to date records in Sales Orders and Sales Delivery and provide ongoing feedback on opportunities for efficiencies.

  • Liaise with the Technical and Quality team on any customer issues and manage responses.

Requirements:

  • As this is a technical sales role a degree in Business, Food Science, or Nutrition is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Relationship-building and customer-focused mindset.
  • Results-oriented and a team player.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, excellent time management.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and delivering a positive customer experience.
