  • Ensure all required employee documentation is on file, including CPD, health and safety, manual handling, Safe Pass, and other relevant certifications.

  • Liaise with employees, managers, and external providers to obtain and update required compliance documents.

  • Support the HR team with onboarding documentation for new starters.

  • Assist with audits and reporting relating to HR compliance and employee documentation.

  • Maintain confidential employee files in line with company policies and data protection requirements.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, compliance, construction, or a regulated environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with employees and managers.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • An interest in developing a career within HR compliance.

  • Experience with right-to-work checks, training records, or employee compliance documentation would be an advantage.

What’s on Offer:

  • Permanent opportunity with a reputable construction company.

  • Salary in the region of €40,000–€45,000, depending on experience.

  • Supportive and welcoming HR team.

  • Excellent opportunity to build experience in HR compliance.

  • Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation, with the option to work two days from home.

  • North Dublin location.
