Administrator – Certification Team

Clonee, Co.Meath
€36,000
 | 37.5 hours per week

Our Client is hiring a strong admin to join their PPE Certification team, working in a global environment to ensure products meet UK and EU safety standards.

About the Role :
You will be apart of a team responsible for assessing PPE products, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery of certifications. You’ll support team development, and build strong relationships with customers.

About You:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working with customers
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel (UK and internationally)

Experience in PPE, certification, or knowledge of CE marking standards is desired but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess PPE products to ensure they meet UKCA and PPE Regulations.
  • Interpret and apply PPE performance standards.
  • Review technical documents and prepare draft certificates.
  • Communicate with clients about certification requirements, progress, and updates.
  • Prepare quotations for certification work.
  • Attend technical meetings and contribute to standards committees when required.
