€30,000–€45,000 DOE + commission / bonus potential

Are you naturally good with people, commercially minded and motivated by results?

I’m looking to speak with ambitious, driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities and turning great conversations into business.

You may come from business development, account management, field-based roles, telesales or another customer-facing commercial environment. What matters most is that you understand how to connect with people, ask the right questions and confidently move an opportunity forward.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

• Has previous business development or commercial experience
• Builds relationships naturally and communicates confidently
• Enjoys meeting new people and developing new business
• Is comfortable working towards targets and goals
• Can identify opportunities and follow them through
• Is proactive, resilient and comfortable hearing the occasional “no”
• Manages their own pipeline and follows up consistently
• Is organised, dependable and commercially aware
• Wants to develop, progress and increase their earning potential

These opportunities could suit candidates from B2B, FMCG, technology, energy, services, retail, hospitality or other commercial backgrounds.
