After-Sales & Customer Support Coordinator
Osborne is currently recruiting for an After-Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join a professional services organisation based in Dublin – Clonshaugh Industrial Estate on a Temporary basis with a view to become permanent.

Introduction
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career. Whether you have recently completed your Leaving Certificate, a further education programme, apprenticeship, or have some experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or a similar environment, we would love to hear from you.
No previous office experience is required – full training will be provided.
You will have the opportunity to work in an international business environment, use your French language skills, and develop valuable experience across customer service, administration, warranty support, and after-sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries from France and other international markets by email and occasionally by phone.
- Log, monitor, and follow up on customer requests and issues using internal systems.
- Support warranty claims, repairs, and after-sales service requests.
- Coordinate service visits and ensure customers receive timely updates.
- Process spare parts orders and complete related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure requests are followed through to completion.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Provide a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Work as part of a collaborative team while developing your knowledge of products, systems, and after-sales processes.
Requirements
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Intermediate-level French or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic business systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A customer-focused and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
