Administration & Marketing Officer (Part-time)

Are you:

  • A university graduate at Level 8 or higher?
  • Experienced in handling high-volume administration, and marketing?
  • Demonstrably creative with content creation/copy?
  • Experienced at managing organisational social media accounts?
  • Skilled in managing projects and giving presentations?
  • A professional with strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
  • Experienced working in a public sector or not-for-profit environment? (highly desirable)

If you answered “yes” to the questions above, then this part-time opportunity to join a prominent Irish healthcare charity based in South Dublin could be a great fit for you.

For you:

  • 19 hrs per week
  • €20,950 (pro-rated salary equivalent to Grade 4 HSE)
  • 5 days annual leave (pro-rated from 25 days FTE)
  • South Dublin location easily accessible by car and public transport

Your work:

Administration

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Preparing materials to be used in presentations
  • Updating diaries and records management

Marketing

  • Preparing and delivering grant and partnership applications
  • Content creation using appropriate tools (e.g Canva)
  • Managing social media accounts of the charity

Community Outreach

  • Preparing and delivering healthcare presentations to vulnerable groups

Governance

  • Working with the board of trustees to ensure that all relevant governance requirements are met to maintain Triple Lock recognition.
