Accounting Manager – Fully Remote
Location: Ireland
Salary: €65,000–€71,000 DOE
Osborne is delighted to be recruiting an Accounting Manager for a growing accountancy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to lead a team, manage a portfolio of high-value clients and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships, portfolio profitability, revenue and retention

Lead, mentor and develop a team of qualified and trainee accountants

Oversee compliance, deadlines, workflow and quality control

Identify opportunities for business development, process improvement and enhanced client services

Contribute to the commercial and strategic direction of the practice
Requirements
- ACCA, ACA or FCA qualified
- Minimum 7 years’ post-qualification experience and 5 years’ people management experience
- Strong accountancy practice background, with experience managing complex client portfolios
- Excellent leadership, commercial and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero and Surf
