Change Management Facilitator
Fixed-Term Contract | Galway | €80,000–€90,000
Osborne Recruitment is partnering with a leading public sector organisation to recruit an experienced Change Management Facilitator for a key transformation programme.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will support the implementation of strategic and organisational review outcomes, working closely with senior leadership, HR, managers, and staff to drive sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a change management strategy and roadmap
Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and staff forums
Support change communications and organisational alignment
Assist with governance structures, implementation planning, and risk management
Track progress, benefits realisation, and performance outcomes
About You
Proven experience delivering large-scale change programmes
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in regulated or public sector environments
Knowledge of recognised change management methodologies
The ability to influence, engage, and drive measurable results
What's on Offer
6-month contract with potential extension
Salary of €80,000–€90,000
37.5-hour week
30 days annual leave (pro rata)
