Osborne is delighted to partner with a leading Government Agency to recruit a Head of HR Operations, Payroll & Pensions.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading HR operations, payroll and pensions functions, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to a senior corporate leader, you will:
Lead HR Operations, Payroll and Pensions functions.
Manage and develop a high-performing team.
Ensure payroll and pension processes are delivered accurately and in line with legislation and public sector requirements.
Drive operational excellence, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee HR systems, employee records, data governance and reporting.
Manage key stakeholder relationships and external service providers.
Support organisational objectives through effective workforce and people operations.
Requirements for the role:
A relevant degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Experience working in public sector or government agencies.
Significant experience in payroll, pensions and HR operations leadership.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and public sector governance requirements.
Experience leading teams, projects and operational improvement initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
