Sales Manager

Our client, a leading provider of bespoke exterior products based in South Dublin, are looking to add a Sales Manager to their showroom.
This position will involve meeting customers in the showroom, driving new sales and converting sales enquiries from various channels.

• Competitive base salary with excellent commission structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the sales enquiry pipeline, ensuring all leads are pursued
• Take the time to learn the suite of bespoke exterior products
• Work closely with the showroom salesperson to increase sales
• Deliver sales presentations to architects and landscape designers
• Contribute to weekly sales meetings to report on the weeks performance and plan for week ahead
• Convert sales enquiries from emails, walk-ins, phone ins and referrals
• Maintain accurate measurements at quotation stage

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years proven sales experience, ideally in an interior / exterior industry or similar
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience leading / managing a sales team
• Ability to read dimensions and specifications when required
• Self-motivated and commercially astute
• Full driving licence preferable
