Warehouse Supervisor

At Osborne, we are partnering with a leading provider of medical imaging and healthcare solutions, in the recruitment of a newly created Warehouse Supervisor position. This role will be based FULLY ONSITE in Dublin 24.
 
Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, lead a team of four Warehouse Operatives while ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of medical products and equipment.

  • Monday to Friday schedule (9:00am – 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break) 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including goods receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch

  • Manage and support a team of Warehouse Operatives, providing direction, training, and performance oversight

  • Ensure full compliance with medical device regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), quality standards, and company procedures

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability, including management of batch-controlled and serialised stock

  • Oversee cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory investigations, implementing corrective actions where required

  • Ensure warehouse operations meet health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and customer service levels 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience, including previous supervisory or team leadership responsibility is ESSENTIAL

  • Valid Manual Handling and relevant MHE certificates are essential

  • Experience within the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated sector is desirable

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes

  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
