Admissions Officer

Osborne are partnered with a leading private school based in South Dublin, who are looking to add an enthusiastic and personable Admissions Officer, to the schools team.

This is an exciting, newly created position for someone who enjoys building relationships in the community, engaging with families and helping with the development of a thriving school.

This position with work closely with the school leadership team, to assist in increasing enrolment, promoting the school's ethos and strengthening connections in the local community.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the full admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and local communities

  • Promote the school's ethos, values and educational offering

  • Coordinate school promotional activities, such as the website, social media and newsletter

  • Deliver open evenings, school visits and community events

  • Maintain accurate admissions data and provide reports on enrolment trends

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, promotion, and sales from a school setting highly desirable

  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

  • Full driving required

  • Experience managing website and social media content

  • Commitment to the ethos and values of the school
