Accounts, Marketing and Operations Administrator
A prominent Irish healthcare charity based in South Dublin has partnered with Osborne to add an adaptable Accounts, Marketing and Operations Administrator to their tight-knit, experienced and high-performing team on a permanent part-time basis.
What will you get?
Salary: €45k-€55k pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week
Annual Leave: 25 Days (pro rata)
Location: South Dublin (easily accessible by car and public transport)
What will you do?
As a core member of this charity organization, you will play an important role in a number of diverse areas. These will include:
Accounts
Working on annual budget
Working with external accountant at year-end to ensure accounts are audit ready
Updating financial information to Surf accounting system
Marketing
Preparing and delivering grant and partnership applications
Content creation using appropriate tools (e.g Canva)
Managing social media accounts of the charity
Community Outreach
Preparing and delivering healthcare presentations to vulnerable groups
Governance
Working with the board of trustees to ensure that all relevant governance requirements are met to maintain Triple Lock recognition.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
Graduated from a level 8 degree or higher.
Demonstrably strong numerical ability
Experience with Surf accounting software (desirable)
Demonstrable creative abilities with content creation/copy experience.
Experience managing social media accounts
Project Management and presentation experience.
Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
Public sector or not-for-profit experience (desirable)
