Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Executive Search team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys operating in a consultative, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about identifying and engaging exceptional senior talent for key leadership appointments.
As part of Osborne Executive Search, you will work closely with highly reputable organisations as a trusted talent partner, managing executive and senior-level assignments from initial brief through to successful appointment. We are looking for a driven and credible recruitment professional with strong market insight, business development capability, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of full executive recruitment processes across a range of sectors, with a focus on C-Suite, Director, and Senior Management /Leadership roles.
Proactive business development, growing and deepening relationships to develop trusted, strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Partner with clients to deeply understand their business, culture, and leadership requirements, be trusted advisor offering market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent solutions tailored to their leadership needs.
Build and manage a strong network of high-calibre executive candidates through proactive headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, always maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Contribute to thought leadership, branding, and the overall growth strategy of the Executive Search Division.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience at C-Suite, Leadership and Executive-level placements in a consultancy or agency.
A consultative approach with a proven track record developing and maintaining key client relationships for repeat business and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Successful achievement of financial and business objectives.
A self-starter who is proactive, organised with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Educated to degree level essential. Masters level desirable.
