Administration and Sales Support
Our Client is a family-owned company in Ireland’s flooring and tiling industry and is looking for a full time Administration and Sales Support to join their team in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Ideal for motivated organized individuals with strong coordination and administration skills.

Salary: €33k-35k

About the Company:

About You:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administration | Coordination role (Essential)
Has experience coordinating schedules and meetings, preparing presentations and organizing client and customer visits
Previously worked in a busy, fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Excellent written and verbal skills and strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using SAP is preferred but not essential
Full drivers license (Essential)
The Role :
Coordinate and manage a fleet of site accommodation units, ensuring accurate tracking and availability
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports & managing customer databases.
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
Preparation of pre-meeting intelligence including customer packs and generation of PowerPoint presentations.
Handle customer requests and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the team.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with the organization of company events and meetings.
Arrange and provide hospitality services for company meetings and training courses.
Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly archived.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Attend and record accurate minutes of various company meetings.
Co-ordinate any marketing requirements with external vendors and distribution of merchandise to sales team and customers.
