Senior Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator with strong database and regulatory administration experience. The role involves managing and maintaining digital records, supporting regulatory compliance processes, and overseeing membership and team databases.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ administrative experience, with a strong focus on data accuracy, IT systems, and process efficiency.

This role will suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working with large data sets, dealing with members to update records. A candidate with strong digital database experience and previous work in the legal environment will have a distinct advantage. The role will be a fit for a candidate who is flexible in the approach to work and enjoys switching between tasks.

Location: Dublin 7 (Hybrid)
Salary: €41K ++

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support across the department

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative workflows

  • Support internal teams with documentation, reporting, and record management

  • Maintain and update internal databases and digital systems

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of all data records

  • Manage large volumes of data entry, validation, and reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory and compliance records

  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions

  • Handle member queries and ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Produce reports and insights from membership data

  • Use and manage a variety of IT systems and CRM/databases

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role

  • Proven experience working with databases and digital record systems

  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. healthcare, finance, compliance, research) desirable

  • Experience managing membership or client databases is highly advantageous
