Order Processing Administrator

Location – Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (Own Transport)
Salary – €30,000
Job Type – Full Time | Permanent

Our Client is a Dublin-based wholesale company and is looking for a full time Order processing Administrator to join their team in Ballycoolin, Dublin.15.
Ideal for candidate with strong organisational and administration experience looking to join a dynamic and fast paced environment.

About the Company:
Our Client is a Dublin-based wholesale company that specialises in the design, sourcing, and distribution of giftware and souvenirs. Operating from Ballycoolin in Dublin 15, it supplies retailers across Ireland, Europe, and the United States, acting primarily as an importer and distributor rather than selling directly to the public.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Order Processing | Trade Sales (Essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using SAGE
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal skills and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated person with ability to work independently in a busy environment
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Access to own car is essential

The Role:

• Inputting orders using SAGE 200 system
• Process orders on Trade/Sales rep portals | Web Platforms
• Deal with queries and credit notes in a timely manner
• Invoicing
• Manage inbound, outbound calls, as well as manage email inbox
• Managing invoices and credit statements for customers and clients
