Marketing Associate (2-3 years’ experience)

A growing leader in the area of specialist gift cards is currently seeking to add an experienced Marketing Associate to their fast-paced team based in South Dublin.
This permanent role will involve developing campaigns, managing their CRM, and content creation.  

What You’ll Get

• Salary: €40,000-€45,000 (DOE)
• Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Fully onsite – Mon to Fri)
• Location: South Dublin (Dublin 18 – Luas Accessible)

What You’ll Do
In this role supporting the marketing team, you can expect to be involved in:

• Developing and managing your own multi-platform marketing campaigns and monitoring campaign performance and ROI. 
• Creating captivating content for the company and its partners to push awareness of the brands. 
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure opportunities are efficiently tracked.
• Supporting the Sales Team with Lead Generation, campaigns and follow-up communication
• Ad-hoc marketing administration as required. 

What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Hands on CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar)
• Demonstrable understanding of social media paid advertising and content scheduling tools
• 2-3 years of prior experience employed in a dedicated marketing support role
• Strong teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate well with other teams.
• Excellent level of written and verbal English language communication with strong attention to detail.
