HR Generalist
Osborne is recruiting on behalf of a leading client based in Dublin for an HR Generalist to join a dynamic and supportive organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional looking to broaden their experience across multiple areas of human resources.
This role is initially offered on a contract basis, with a strong possibility of permanency for the right candidate. The successful individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Salary and benefits:
Salary: €38,000 – €50,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (with strong potential to become permanent)
Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Provide support on employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled professionally and in line with company policies
Assist with payroll administration and liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders
Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation
Respond to employee queries relating to leave, policies, and general HR matters
Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes and systems
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
